The Invisalign system for orthodontic treatment consists of a series of custom-made, clear aligners which are made tailor made for each individual and is dependent on the type of tooth movement that is required.  The aligners are made of a smooth plastic that are worn throughout the day/night and are removed when eating or brushing/flossing of teeth. Each set of aligners is worn for two weeks. The number of aligners and the length of treatment is the dependent upon the complexity of the tooth movement required to achieve the desired result.
